The Letter T

I chose the font Southern Aire by Mans Greback. I like how the letter gracefully flows. The font reminds me of calligraphy, which I find to be a beautiful art form. It also looks more Eastern to me. It's beautiful and smooth. The curves give it a happy feeling, almost like a smile. I chose the lower case t because it reminds me of how my father, Terry, always signs his name. It has a good lower curve, a striking long cross line, and good variations of thickness throughout. It does have that softer and friendlier feel as well. It fits my personality because I am easy going, and go with the flow. I am silly and my mood or energy can change frequently, sort of like the line thickness on this lower case t. The bottom curve of the t represents the smile I always try to give strangers as I pass by.

There are several letters I can picture in my head. Like the McDonald's capital M, the m on the candy M&M's, the classic Honda H, and the Spiderman/Playstation S.
